La maggior parte delle birre artigianali che Ales&Co seleziona ed importa, arrivano in Italia in fusti vuoto a perdere. Si tratta per la maggior parte di Key Keg, fusti monouso con sacca. Questa tecnologia garantisce l’assenza di contaminazione con i gas ed una elevata shelf life dei prodotti. È necessario, tuttavia, un attacco specifico.
