Nato in Somerset nel 1996 Moor Beer dal 2007 viene gestito da Maryann e Justin Hawke. Dopo essersi ampliato più volte negli anni, ha ora sede nella città di Bristol, dove adiacente alla parte produttiva si trova una Tap Room in cui è possibile assaggiare i prodotti del birrificio e incontrare il team. Grazie al birraio Justin Hawke di origine americana, le birre si contraddistinguono per l’alta e costante qualità di prodotto, riuscendo a coniugare l’eleganza delle Real Ale inglesi con l’aromaticità delle birre del nuovo mondo.
Grandissima è l’attenzione che viene posta nella scelta delle materie prime, per le quali vengono anche sostenuti progetti di ricerca volti a un continuo miglioramento e sviluppo delle stesse. Disponibili in lattina da 0,33lt, in bottiglia da 0,66lt, ed ecokeg 30lt , i prodotti Moor Beer non sono filtrati al fine di mantenerne integre le qualità sensoriali.
