Vocation Brewing
Birrificio indipendente dello Yorkshire, fondato nel 2015 da John Hickling e Tom Chapman, entrambi con un background legato all’universo brassicolo. Ha uno stile ben definito che guarda spesso alle luppolature d’oltreoceano con Pale Ale e Ipa a gradazione contenuta che lasciano grande spazio d’espressione anche a luppolature in stile New England. Accanto a queste, non mancano release di birre con ingredienti speciali e divagazioni verso il mondo sour che rendono questo birrificio eclettico e divertente. Dal 2018 il birrificio si è impegnato nella produzione di birre senza derivati animali adatte ad un pubblico Vegan, in più sono riconosciute dal CAMRA come Real Ales.
