At last a new English important indipendent brewery arrives in Italy! St Austell is the symbol of Cornwall, born in 1851 established by Walter Hicks, this brewery is still indipendent thanks to the effort of descendants and shareholders that avoid its purchase by multinational companies. Nowadays St Austel owns 180 pubs in the South-West, and produces Real Ale, conditioned in cask or in bottle, using malt from Cornwall and yeast developed into the brewery. Tribute is its most known label, and it is an amber bitter, while Special Bitter HSD is dedicated to the founder of the brewery Walter Hicks.
