Brewdog Brewery

Brewdog is a young Scottish microbrewery, opened in 2007 in Fraserburg (Aberdeenshire) by a young couple of brewers, Martin Dickie and James Wyatt. Even if it is very young, Brewdog, is one of the most interesting brewery on the world scene, because of the capability of these two guys of creating new snappy beers.
The range of beers produced by Brewdog is wide and embraces all the most important European beer styles. Some of the beers by Brewdog have become famous all over the world - Punk Ipa and 77 Lager. Sperimentation is the other key word to understand James and Martin's way to see beer. Whiskey casks, crioconcentration, new hops variety and strange ingredients are only a few part of their continous research.
All Brewdog's beers use local malts, hops from every part of the world, and are not pastuerized. In 2011 Brewdog became to release its beers even in can.
