AB:02 is the second production of the Abstrakt project. It is a triple style beerm strong in alcohol (18 % abv), produced with a wode range of malts (Maris Otter, Crystal Malt,Caramalt, Roasted Barley, Dark Crystal Malt, Munich Malt) and hops (Centennial, Columbus, Simcoe, Amarillo, Chinook). Part of the hops are used in dry hopping. AB:02 is an amber beer with a thick foam on the top. Sweet, with resinous and spiced sensations, in mouth it iss smooth at the beginning, and step by step notes of hops come out and dominate the last part of the degustation. |
