Coniston Brewery
Fondata nel 1995, la Coniston Brewing Company e’ un piccolo brewpub che ha sede sul retro del Black Bull, una vecchia stazione di Posta che risale a 400 anni fa, a Coniston nella regione del Cumbria.
Nel 1998 la Bluebird Bitter ha vinto il premio piu’ importante del settore Birraio Inglese diventando - Supreme Champion Beer – al Great British Beer Festival.
Oggi produce alcune fantastiche birre in Bottiglia, rigorosamente Bottle conditioned.
